In the field Greenbaum Assocaites carries out a complete range of construction monitoring and testing. This includes testing of concrete, steet, soil, fireproofing, masonry and more. Our oversight is critical to ensuring that the project is completed according to specifications and within professional standards. Out technicians have various certification including those of NICET and ACI. Our lab is certified annually and we subscribe to proficiency programs for concrete and soils testing.

» One Dimensional Consolidation Testing
Our Wykeham Farrance rear loading oedometers and skilled technicians perform accurate consolidation test’s with sample loads up to 48 tons per square foot. This equipment has also been calibrated traceable to the National Bureau of Standards and testing is in accordance with standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials.
