BETTER QUALITY BUSINESS SYSTEMS has been locally owned and operated since 1985. Originally Better Quality was a small company whose focus was personalized service to Southern Indiana businesses.

In 1997, the company was acquired by Dwight Seals and Joe Lawler. This change brought a larger scope and vision to Better Quality. The business philosophy of Constant and Never-Ending Improvement was implemented in each department. How do “we” at Better Quality Business Systems, better serve, our customers each and every day.

Over the past six years, Better Quality has shifted focus from selling hardware to helping our customers manage documents. Better Quality now has a Document Engineer and an IT department whose only purpose is to work with our customers to increase productivity and decrease costs associated with creating, directing, and managing documents.

This focus on our customers has created recognition within the industry and throughout our local area. Better Quality Business Systems was recently nominated as “Business of the year” in Southern Indiana. The Criterion Group is a respected industry consultant that evaluates dealerships within the Office Equipment industry. They just completed an in-depth review of Better Quality. Better Quality received their highest awards. Upon completion of their evaluation, The Criterion Group stated that Better Quality Business Systems had the highest customer satisfaction of any company that they have analyzed.

This dedication to customer service has created tremendous growth. Since the acquisition, Better Quality has grown 423%. In 1998, Better Quality opened a second office in Glasgow. This office was moved to Bowling Green in 2002.

Better Quality sells and services the award winning Kyocera line of copiers and printers. We also service and provide supplies for HP, Lexmark, and all major brands of printers. We have partnered with the leading vendors of electronic storage and retrieval software companies worldwide in order to help our customers streamline their document flow.
