Statue of Our Lady at Pine Bluffs, Wyoming

Here's some info on Our Ladys statue.  It's 30 feet high and weighs 146
tons.  She's on a pedestal that is 7 feet high.  She made of marble
stone and cost $400.000.  The sculptor was Bob Fida from Cheyenne,
Wyoming.  The actual idea of the statue came from two Cheyenne residents
Marj and Ted Trefren.  Evidently Marj has had a life long devotion to
Our Lady.  The couple was inspired to build the statue after meeting a
man who had had a vision of the Blessed Mother.
