Rat's Nest
Bloggage, rants, and occasional notes of despair

Two steps forward, one back

The excitement of yesterday seems to have been a bit too much for me.  I'll continue to do course work from home, though; at least, I will when I've finished my first cup of coffee and blogged.

Interestingly, a correspondent wrote to a mailing list that I am on, asking:

Has anyone seen these?

Better yet, can any of you prove these articles wrong (or deceitful)?

Please pass these article links to anyone who can shed better light on these claims; I want to know the true story, or the whole story. This is a major propaganda problem. Is there any truth to these stories?

And I was simply able to reply:

A number of media commenators have tried recently to promote the notion that blogging consists entirely of bloggers quoting other bloggers, that it is poorly researched and sloppy writings, and that it has and never will have any real-world influence.

They're right...for now.
