  • Evaluation and replacement of heating and cooling system components damaged by fire or flooding

  • Design and installation of heating and cooling systems for new construction

  • Design and installation of central heat and central air in older buildings

  • Redesigning inefficient heating and cooling systems to improve efficiency and comfort

  • Modifying existing heating and cooling systems which do not meet state or local building codes

  • Expansion of existing heating and cooling systems to accommodate building add-ons

Regular Rates - Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Eastern)
Local Service Charge

Service Technician, Hourly Rate
(after first 30 minutes on site) 		$50.00
Technician Helper, Hourly Rate $27.50
 
Overtime Rates - After 5:00 p.m. (Eastern), Monday through Friday.
Saturday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Eastern).
Local Service Trip (Elizabethtown area) $45.00
Service Technician, Hourly Rate (one hour minimum) $75.00
Technician Helper, Hourly Rate $41.25
 
Overtime Rates - After 5:00 p.m. Saturday, all Sundays, and Holidays.
Local Service Trip (Elizabethtown area) $45.00
Service Technician Hourly Rate (one hour minimum) $100.00
Technician Helper, Hourly Rate $55.00
 
Refrigerant Recovery, Per Occurrence Materials and Parts are an additional charge $80

Service Charge over 30 mile radius of Elizabethtown $45.00 plus drive time to and from site.

Overdue accounts will accrue a 2% monthly service charge.
