In the early 1780’s, a group of five Quick brothers came from Washington Co., Maryland to Kentucky. Dennis, Andrew, Thomas, Benjamin and Jacob settled in the neighboring counties of Bullitt, Nelson and Jefferson in Kentucky. My grandfather Arthur Coleman Quick married Stella Viola Marcum in August 1927. Arthur was born at Brooks, Bullitt Co., Kentucky on the family farm. Now on the old farm, the only thing that remains is the Quick family Cemetery. Stella was raised below at Knob Creek, Bullitt Co., KY. Stella is buried at Hebron Cemetery, along with many other members of the Quick and Marcum families. Hebron Cemetery is located off Preston Hwy. South of Louisville.

The task on this family is locating the Dennis or Tunis gravestone or documents of his burial. This information would help to research the Quick line, back to the immigrant forefather. There are many roadblocks to this family?

I am specifically looking for the following information:
What Became of the five Quick brothers?
Where is Dennis Buried?
