Visitors are welcome to remove shoes, sit and watch class quietly. Please no distractions (cell phones, pagers, food, drink).

Prospective students are encouraged to participate in a class.

Prospective students must complete a Liability Waiver before participating.

Beginning students are expected to attend at least 10 of the Monday/Wednesday night beginner classes before trying other classes.

Students must be at least 15 years old to practice unless special permission is given by the dojo manager.

The Joining Fee for the Aikido Louisville Aikikai is $110.00 which entitles you to one month of practice and an ASU membership.

Aikido Louisville Aikikai is a member of the Aikido Schools of Ueshiba (ASU). Membership is $35.00 a year for each student.

Testing fees for promotions are $35.00 per test. (does not include Yudansha testing)

Local club membership fees are $75.00 a month. This allows you to practice in as many classes as you want.

For those of you that prefer the conveneince of electronic payments to writing checks and having to remember to bring them into the dojo, we have set up on-line payments here at the website.
